The delivery of high-quality services is a primary driving force resulting in the success of PCT as an effective managed care organization.  We have a culture of respect for providers and our role is to assist and cooperate with providers to perform clinical processes better.  We value our providers as important partners for developing and achieving our goals. We use clinical data appropriately to continuously manage clinical improvement. We measure our progress and share it with our customers and the community.

Our Model

The Physician Sponsored Network model contributes to high clinical performance.  Delivering high-quality healthcare is a primary driving force for PCT.  We have a culture of respect for our Providers and customers.  We view our role as assisting Providers to perform clinical processes better, and use Providers as important resources for accomplishing quality improvement. 

Our Providers

PCT is focused on the highest quality of medical care, services, clinical outcomes and return-to-work results.  The key component to this focus is the quality of our Participating Providers and our relationship with them.  PCT partners with our Participating Providers and expects them to be dedicated to the PCT core values and policies when treating Members.  PCT respects the authority and integrity of the Participating Provider and the provider-patient relationship.  The PCT Network Development and Provider Selection policy is a tool to ensure the highest quality Providers are selected and that they continue to maintain this level of performance.
